According to Ahmad, Zulkifli’s position is now the same as Golkar chairman Airlangga Hartarto and PPP chairman Suharso Monoarfa who also holds concurrent positions as ministers.
“KIB [United Indonesia Coalition] consist of Golkar, PAN, and PPP. So, PAN being rewarded with a ministerial seat is very apt, as all the party chairman are also ministers,” he said.
