Jakarta, IO – The hefty rent of Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) has made the Jakarta-based Persija FC start considering several stadiums as an alternative home in League 1-2022/23.

This was conveyed by Persija FC president Mohamad Prapanca in a press statement received by Observerid.com, Thursday (12/5). Prapanca said that Persija cannot confirm whether they will use JIS as base, even though they had previously named JIS during the verification by PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB).

“The Commercial Director of Persija can answer the question regarding JIS management rights. So far, however, we have not had any discussion about JIS management rights. We are just exploring the possibility of JIS as home base for next season,” said Prapanca.
