PKB deputy chair Jazilul Fawaid revealed that his party is still communicating with various political parties to work together in the upcoming election.
Initially, PKB established the “Red Ant Coalition” with PKS and the Democratic Party but later claimed to have formed a coalition with Gerindra. “This is not playing both sides of the fence but we are still open to communication with other parties to establish cooperation,” he told Detik on Friday (1/7).
He admitted that communication with Gerindra is easier than with the Red Ant Coalition. This is because both PKB and Gerindra have met the 20 percent presidential nomination threshold. (rr)
