Oza further explained the three variants, which represent a human being’s life journey: Ambu, Indriya, and Suwung. All the tea mixtures are available at Wot Batu.
The first variant, Ambu, means “mother” in Sundanese, symbolizing a man’s early life. The Ambu tea mixture is inspired by the Batu Indung installation artwork, which resembles a guava tree. Ambu’s mixture consists of guava, apple, rosella, and lemongrass, making it a refreshing, bright red tea with a calming scent. It defines Sunaryo’s work well.
The second variant, Indriya, derives from the word “Indra,” which means the five senses that a man uses to process and absorb life and express himself. Indriya Tea consists of basil to represent the Sundanese culture, which covers a more complex dimension of favor and scent. The flavorsome basil tea is expected to rouse Wot Batu’s visitors’ five senses. The Basil mixture measures the extent of Sundanese culture in Sunaryo’s life.
