Therefore, to improve services at TPI, immigration officers also increased the number of quotas for M-Passport applications. Through this application, the public can directly upload the required documents and payments so they only need to conduct interviews and verify the authenticity of the files when they come to the immigration office.
Normally, the quota for M-Passport application at SHIA Immigration Office per day is 252 applicants. This has been increased to 1,260. Meanwhile, registration is opened every Friday to fill the following week quota.
