“Our human resources are currently in an optimal state; we remain focused on fulfilling the mandate given to the institution. We have also reduced the number of employees to increase productivity. In 2021, we had 1688 employees; in July 2022, this had been reduced to 1128 people,” explained Ibnu.

The term of office of the board of directors and supervisor have also been reduced to three years and four years, respectively. In addition, the leadership system will be changed to be more inclusive, to involve stakeholders in policymaking through deliberation to reach consensus.
