IO – This year’s International Women Day that Novotel Bogor sought to highlight was the bonding and togetherness between female and male employees of the hotel in the commitment of taking a big leap to provide guest satisfactions.
To realise the idea into fact, the hotel team decided to ‘pour it out’ by giving it ALL IN efforts during photoshoot. Despite the gender, everyone dared to step into the majestic garden barefoot even when the rain was pouring, and each of the team-regardless the gender-enjoyed the process while having the hair, body and clothes wet. After all, it is not about the ‘what’ but the ‘how’ our attitude towards anything.
