Naraya Hospitality Indonesia and Prof. Dr. Komarudin, M.Si as the Rector and representative of the State University of Jakarta (UNJ) who oversees the ownership of UTC Hotel by Naraya.
Prof. Dr. Sofia Hartati, M.Si as the Head of BPU, State University of Jakarta, Vice Chancellors, Heads of Institutions and Deans of Faculties of the State University of Jakarta also attended the ceremony.
