Jakarta, IO – PT MRT Jakarta workers discovered Batavia wall ruin in the Kota (Old City) area, West Jakarta during the construction of the mass rapid transit system.
MRT Jakarta construction director Silvia Halim said the company will preserve any cultural conservation objects (OCB) or suspected cultural conservation objects (ODCB).
“Due to the discovery, we will divert the train tunnel that leads to the City Station during the construction of the CP203 segment (Glodok-Kota),” said Silvia as reported by Kompas, Thursday (22/9).
