Langit Seduh Selatan, which is located on Jl. Ampera Raya No. 5, Kemang, South Jakarta has become a new hangout place since November 2, 2020. This cafe has a unique and cozy place that also offers a few Instagrammable spots.
Previously, Langit Seduh cafe was settled at the Takes Mansion Hotel Rooftop, Jl. Taman Kebon Sirih No. 2, Central Jakarta. Langit Seduh had a luxurious rooftop view and fare at affordable prices, attracting many customers.
Philosophy.
Gibran Anggara, Digital Marketing for Langit Seduh Selatan, explained that the name Langit Seduh is because it is on the 11th floor of the Takes Mansion Hotel. Therefore, the philosophy is to enjoy brewed coffee that can be done in the sky.
“We open the Langit Seduh Selatan, without eliminating the concept of the sky; adding ‘Selatan’ to make a difference because it is in South Jakarta,” added Gibran.
Langit Seduh Selatan has an outdoor concept, where visitors can still see and enjoy the sky directly. As for the menus, Langit Seduh Selatan focuses on both traditional and western food. The superior menu is traditional food such as Soto Betawi, Gokil Fried Rice, Mpoy Donuts (potato donuts), and low carbo Fried Shirataki Noodles.
Other menus are Fish Fingers, Kampoeng Siomay, Roti Sobek Lumer, Baked Bread, Cheese Fried Banana. For western-style menus there are items such as Beef Burger, Pizza Pepperoni, Pizza Margarita, Chicken Steak, Sirloin Steak, Spaghetti Bolognese, Spaghetti Carbonara, Spaghetti Aglio Olio. There are also various noodles such as Sangka Chicken Noodles, Saka Shirataki Chicken Noodles, Javanese Tiktok Noodles and Shirataki Tiktok Noodles.
The main menu includes Squid Ink Dish, Goat Kabsah Rice, Konnyaku Grilled Rice, Nagombing Kampung Bali, Gokil Fried Rice, Langit Seduh Fried Rice, Ayam Geprek, Chicken Katsu. There are also rice bowl menus, such as Beef Gyudon Rice Bowl, Empoy Cabe Rice Bowl, Oxtail Soup. Meanwhile, for desserts, the cafe offers Avocado Tiramisu, Cheese Cake, Rainbow Cake, Unicorn Cake and Chocolate Cake Mousse.
For coffee drinks, including Ice Coffee Cheese, Ice Coffee Klepon, Ice Kopilang, Coffee Beer, Mochaccino, Caffee Latte, Americano, Double Espresso, and Espresso. “We use house-blend coffee because we want our coffee to be enjoyed by every level of society,” said Gibran.
For other drinks, including Ginger Sunkiss, Tropical Sky Punch, Sunset in the Blue Ocean, Virgin Mojito, Apple Tea, Lemon Tea, Lychee Tea, Chocolate, Matcha Latte, Red Velvet Latte, Ice Mamalatte, and Wedang Jahe.
Langit Seduh Selatan has a visitor capacity of approximately 130 people. In a day, the visitors number around 100-150. Apart from individual visitors, several communities have also held events at Langit Seduh Selatan.
“Our advantage is that there is live music every day, prior to government regulations regarding Live Music and PSBB, so that all elements of society can enjoy moments together at Langit Seduh Selatan in a relaxed atmosphere,” said Gibran.
