KPK spokesperson Ali Fikri said the next phase of the investigation of the case would be conducted today, Monday (26/9). KPK, Ali said, has sent a second summon letter to Lukas after he failing to show up for questioning at the Papua Police’s Brimob headquarters on September 12.

“The summon letter has been sent and received by the suspect and his legal adviser,” Ali said, as reported by Antara, Monday (26/9).

Ali ensured that the investigation into Lukas will be carried out in accordance with proper legal corridors and procedures by upholding the presumption of innocence principle. He also asked Lukas Enembe to be cooperative in the investigation.
