Jakarta, IO – PDI-P secretary general Hasto Kristiyanto, flanked by his legal team, arrived at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) building after being summoned for questioning as witness, Tuesday (20/8).
Hasto was questioned in relation to the alleged corruption case in the Directorate General of Railways (DJKA). Wearing a white shirt and a black jacket, he was accompanied by his legal counsels, Ronny Talapessy and Joy Tobing.
During the 4.5-hour questioning, Hasto was asked whether he knew the suspects in the case. So far, KPK has confiscated a number of assets worth more than Rp27 billion and named 14 suspects accused of bribery.

For the reference, the case concerns allegation of corruption in the construction and maintenance of railway tracks in Central Java, West Java, East Java, Sumatra, and Sulawesi.
