“Karier.mu” Prakerja’s powerful empowerment programs

Jakarta, IO – Job seekers and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are striving to upgrade their competence and capacity, to rise along with the economic recovery following the pandemic hit of the past two years. Therefore, they need further training to supplement what they already know. 

Communication and technological advancement has enabled training providers to utilize digital platforms for job seekers and MSMEs businesses to access and build new skills in easier ways. 

One of the platforms delivering online training is Karier.mu Prakerja, offering job seekers and MSMEs businesses over 500 training programs, consisting of “Bener-Bener Ampuh” and “Bener-Bener Sakti” programs. 

Our “’ Bener-Bener Ampuh’ program aims to improve Pre-Employment Card owners and MSMEs businesses› competence, in order to be powerful individuals in implementing their skills,” said Chief of Karier.mu, Rangga Septyadi. 

Rangga continued, explaining that over 500 types of training from numerous training institutions as their partners supported Karier.mu Prakerja in its quest to help job seekers. As well as benefit programs, the platform provides studying assistance to help learning participants and 24-hour customer service to contact. 

The program started in March and will continue to May 2022, to support participants in their dreams of owning a business or working in their preferred field. 

Karier.mu Prakerja attracts their learning participants by preparing gifts and prizes to support their learning programs in the form of phone credit and data packages, e-Money, intensive mentoring programs and business capital aids. 

“Various Karier.mu Prakerja training sessions are open and welcoming for all learners, from different backgrounds. The programs are hoped to help revive MSMEs and prepare those who wish to work,” said Rangga. 

He further explained that the «Bener-Bener Sakti» would be divided into four programs, with IDR 800 million learning support, in the form of phone credit bonus, weekly and monthly prizes and a grand prize. 

To get a chance of winning the prizes, Pre-Employment Card owners must buy Karier.mu Pekerja recommended training packages, available on digital platform partners: Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Pintaria, and Pijar Mahir. 

Pre-Employment Card owners winning the grand prize from “Bener-Bener Sakti” program will earn a certain amount of business capital worth millions of Rupiah. In comparison, weekly winning participants of “Bener-Bener Sakti” program will earn eMoney worth IDR 500 thousand. 

“Bener-Bener Ampuh” program gives away two prize programs, a phone credit bonus and a weekly prize. «Each program offers different prizes with different requirements,» said Rangga. 

The weekly “Bener-Bener Ampuh” program gives PreEmployment Card owners IDR 500 thousand, IDR 250 thousand and 100 thousand, transferred to winners› eMoney cards who upload their experiences creatively. 

To win the grand prize, Pre-Employment Card owners must upload their business model or career plan five years ahead; winners will be granted IDR 20 million of business capital for 25 winners.
