Jakarta, IO – President Joko Widodo attended the Indo Defense 2022 exhibition at JIEXpo, Kemayoran, Jakarta, Wednesday (2/11).
During a press conference, Jokowi said the defense expo is an important event to promote and establish cooperation among industry players and stakeholders to build an ideal defense posture.
“In my opinion, this event is good for promotion, especially for defense and security equipment and also the most important thing, as I conveyed to the defense minister, is our cooperation with foreign companies,” Jokowi explained.
Jokowi also noted the global developments that domestic defense firms should respond to.
