Jakarta, IO – Gerindra Party chair Prabowo Subianto attended the celebration of the 15th anniversary of the party at its central secretariat in South Jakarta, Monday (6/2).
On the occasion, Probowo symbolically handed over aid packages to orphans and visited the Indonesia Raya Health Post (Kesira) which provides blood donation and free medical treatment for the community.
Prabowo was accompanied by a number of party elites, including Deputy Chairmen of the Board of Patrons Hashim Djojohadikusumo and Sandiaga Uno, Central Executive Board (DPP) Chair Sufmi Dasco Ahmad and Secretary General Ahmad Muzani.
After observing the premises, Prabowo headed for the hall where the anniversary celebration was held. He was welcomed by a marching band performance.
The event began with the audience observing a moment of silence, followed by the readout of the 1945 Constitution, the Gerindra Party march song and President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo’s greeting delivered virtually.
