The second directive relates to the management of the reverse exodus traffic flow. Jokowi expressed his appreciation to all ministries, Police and TNI who have worked well together to ensure that the Eid exodus could take place smoothly.
Third, to increase vigilance against global economic turmoil brought about by the Ukraine war and the US monetary policy. Jokowi asked that macro and micro economic management be followed through, especially those related to food and energy.
“I have asked the Cabinet Secretary that every week like we hold a limited meeting on PPKM as well as on issues related to food and energy because of their importance on the stabilization and stability of our economy, especially stability of basic necessities prices,” said Jokowi.
Fourth, Jokowi reminded his cabinet of the importance of more sensitivity to the crisis in Indonesia, from dry season, wildfire threat, to nail and mouth disease that attacks cattle in the country. In this respect, Jokowi asked the agriculture minister to implement a lockdown zoning system so that the movement of livestock can be restricted.
