Syafrin reminded the public to continue abiding by health protocols. To enforce this, the public will be required to scan the QR Code of PeduliLindungi tracing app and show proof of a second Covid-19 vaccine certificate before entering the CFD area.

“All visitors will have to comply with the health precautions that have been set up for the common good, and we urge you to continue to wear masks when it is getting crowded,” he said.

CFD was discontinued on March 11, 2020 to prevent the spread of Covid-19 as cases were found in Jakarta on March 2, 2020. It was briefly reopened in June 2020. However, as it created huge crowds along Sudirman-Thamrin boulevard, the Jakarta Provincial Government banned it until now. (un)
