“Prabowo-Ganjar is higher than Prabowo-Anies because Prabowo’s weakness in Central Java and East Java can be compensated by Ganjar’s strength in Central Java,” said Burhanuddin on Monday (4/4).
“On the contrary, Prabowo-Anies have the same voters base. They are both weak in Central Java,” he added.
Nevertheless, Burhanuddin doubted whether Ganjar is willing to become a vice presidential candidate if he has a chance to be elected president in the 2024 election. Supporters of Ganjar and Anies, he argued, may not be willing to accept their candidates taking up the VP position.
