Jakarta, IO – Recent survey by Jakarta-based public opinion pollster Indikator Politik Indonesia (IPI) released on Sunday (3/4) showed that the pair Prabowo Subianto and Ganjar Pranowo were at the top.
In the simulation for presidential and vice-presidential candidates, Prabowo and Ganjar gained 51.1 percent of votes from 1,200 respondents.
In different scenarios, Prabowo-Anies Baswedan simulation yielded 47.7 percent while Ganjar-Erick Thohir managed to get 36.8 percent.

IPI executive director Burhanuddin Muhtadi explained that the strong results for Prabowo-Ganjar was because they are able to compensate each other’s lack of votes in certain regions.
