IO – To realize the availability of accurate, up-to-date, integrated and accountable government data, the Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) launched One Manpower Data (SDK), Thursday (5/11).

The SDK launch was marked by the inauguration of the brand ambassador for SDK, I ndah Warsetio: “In addition to human resources and technology, data is the most powerful resource or asset, both in private and government organizations,” said Indah in her presentation at the SDK launch event.

The launch of the SDK portal is implemented with one employment data portal service that has been simulated. “In the future, one manpower data portal can also be accessed through the Sisnaker portal service,” concluded Indah, which is also symbolized by the use of a single data uniform paired directly by Ida Fauziyah.

Through this SDK, it is hoped that data will be more easily accessed and shared, and managed collectively. “The launch is a sign of the start of the implementation of an employment data set

in central and regional agencies,” said Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah, followed by a speech at the multipurpose room of the Ministry of Manpower, Jakarta, Thursday (5/11).

Manpower Minister Ida said SDK is a government governance policy in the labor sector intended to yield employment data that is accurate, up to date, integrated and accountable, as well as easy to access between central agencies and regional agencies, through compliance with data standards, metadata, data interoperability, and using reference codes and/or master data. “Through the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Regulation Number 15 of 20209 concerning employment data which has just been passed and enacted, the management of employment data is increasingly being refined,” she continued.

“To realize the four SDK goals, further strategic steps are needed, including disseminating SDK policies to related parties, increasing knowledge and skills of SDK policy implementers, and compiling SDK tools according to the principle of one-Indonesian-data. For example, lists of data, data standards, metadata, and others, “ she explained.

The Minister of Manpower hopes that SDK tools, such as one labor data director, one manpower data forum coordinator, walidata, and data producers, with full support from the Indonesian one data forum and statistical data advisors, will immediately take strategic steps to implement this SDK policy.
