Jakarta, IO – A young man who sells ice in Madiun was arrested and secured at the Madiun Police Department, Wednesday (14/9) night. The man is suspected to be Bjorka, the hacker who has been hacking a number of government database and sell personal citizenship data on the dark web.
The man is identified as MAH (21). He is a resident of Mawatsari hamlet, Banjarsari Kulon village, Madiun, East Java, Tribunnews reported on Thursday (15/9).
National Police spokesperson Insp. Gen. Dedi Prasetyo confirmed the arrest. However, he has yet been able to confirm whether the man is really Bjorka. Dedi said he is currently being questioned by the special team formed to track down the hacker.
The team consists of National Cyber and Encryption Agency (BSSN), the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), the Communications and Information Ministry and the National Police.
