Jakarta, IO – Hundreds of students from various universities inside and outside Jakarta began to amass at the parliament building to protest on Monday (11/4).
Around 1 pm, students from university student executive bodies of Jakarta State University (UNJ), Yogyakarta State University (UNY), State Polytechnic of Jakarta, and National University (UNAS) were seen carrying banners and posters with various anti-government slogans denouncing the oligarchs, anti-constitutions ministers and soaring fuel prices.

They also protested against the discourse to postpone the 2024 elections. While the demonstration will be cantered around the parliament complex, anti-riot police also take precaution by barricading the area around the State Palace in Central Jakarta. The protesters are making four key demands:
