Separately, Arsul Sani, House Committee III member of the PPP faction, said LGBT behavior and adultery had been included in the penal code law draft (RKUHP) as the result of discussion by the House in the period 2014-2024, CNN Indonesia reported.
In response, the National Alliance for Penal Code Reform and Crisis Respond Mechanism (CRM) demands transparency from the government and the House regarding the draft regulations on LGBT as a criminal offense.
