Jakarta, IO – House Commission V member Hamka B Kady questioned the performance of Angkasa Pura I and II regarding the quality of services they provide to air passengers. One of them is the renovation of Sultan Hasanuddin Airport in Makassar, which has yet been completed.

“How can you provide a service without having enough capital. Every time I fly there [Makassar] it’s still not well organized,” criticized Hamka during a hearing on Tuesday (5/4).

On the occasion, Hamka also asked Angkasa Pura to improve passenger services at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

“If you pay attention to Soekarno-Hatta Airport Terminal 2, it is as chaotic as a market and no one seems to be in charge. Especially when passengers are waiting for their luggage. At certain hours, it can get chaotic when passengers want to retrieve their baggage,” he explained.
