SGS is an annual joint exercise between the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI) and the US Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM). It aims to strengthen interoperability, capability, mutual trust, and cooperation that has been built on decades of shared experience, as well as to improve communication between personnel of participating countries in conducting a military operation.
