Happy gave a stunning and slick performance. The audience was immersed into the dynamics of Inggit’s life journey with Kusno. From the first they met until Soekarno’s exile, and the arrival of Fatmawati into Soekarno’s life.
The monologue felt more special for its blending with musical with the music composed by Dian HP and directed by conductor Avip Prijanto. The stage also occasionally featured a chorus that echoed with the character of Inggit. The music genre added to the beauty and solemnity of theatrical performances that many people have been longing for.
