“Today only divided into two clusters, because almost half of our students qualify for PKM so they must participate in PKM University of Brawijaya consignment,” said the Head of Student Affairs Section of FT University of Brawijaya, Desi Kurniasari, as quoted by University of Brawijaya’s Public Relations, Thursday (12/5/2019).

This year, FT University of Brawijaya proudly sent 404 PKM proposals, of which 181 passed. Half of those are new students for 2019/2020. Overall FT University of Brawijaya implemented Krida nine times. During those nine days new students received provisions to face lectures at the Faculty of Engineering. The committee is also trying to in still responsibility in freshmen in implementing the Higher Education Tri Dharma and its application.

As in previous years, Krida FT University of Brawijaya will be officially closed with Student Work Camps (KKM) which will later be conditioned together with the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, following the implementation of Krida.

KKM itself is one of the excellent activities of FT University of Brawijaya, inviting new FT University of Brawijaya students to get to know the community service early on. The committee hopes that the new FT University of Brawijaya 2018 students can become strong and resilient.

“Because college life will be very much different from when they were in high school, we hope that the FT University of Brawijaya 2019 freshmen become tough and resilient in all situations and conditions,” Desi hoped. (*/est)
