Jakarta, IO – Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto on Tuesday (19/4) night paid a visit to Habib Luthfi bin Yahya’s residence in Pekalongan, Central Java to strengthen communal bonds (silaturahmi).
“Habib Luthfi conveyed the message about the importance of bolstering state defense by directly involving the people while ulemas must play an active role in strengthening state ideology,” said Gerindra Party secretary general Ahmad Muzani on Wednesday (20/4).

Muzani revealed that Habib Luthfi and Prabowo have been long-time friend. According to him, national leaders must preserve friendship to strengthen brotherly ties.
