Prior to the export ban, the national average price of bulk cooking oil was around Rp19,800. After the export, the price dropped to between Rp17,200-Rp17,600.
“Although there are some regions where the price of cooking oil is still relatively high, I believe that in the next few weeks the price of bulk cooking oil will reach the price set by the government because the supply has been abundant,” he concluded. (un)
