Jakarta, IO – Get ready, Rock Lovers! Color Asia Live will invite rock music fans to soak in nostalgia, by holding a concert by legendary rock band FIREHOUSE at The Kasablanka Hall Jakarta, on Friday, October 18th, 2024.
David Ananda, Managing Director of Color Asia Live, observed, “The ‘90s generation is guaranteed to know rock band Firehouse songs like ‘Love of a Lifetime’, ‘When I Look into Your Eyes’, ‘I Live My Life For You’ and ‘Here for You’. Firehouse’s success as a rock band is inspiring, and that is why we want to invite fans to remember and sing along with this ‘90s rock band. Many will be looking forward to seeing them again with Nate Peck, who was chosen as the vocalist after CJ Snare passed away.”
In addition, David Ananda said, it has been more than a decade since FireHouse came to Indonesia. While in past times, FireHouse was one of the overseas bands that frequently held concerts in Indonesian cities, the last time they performed here was in 2013, appearing in Bali and Medan. Our representative from Color Asia Live has been trying to bring FireHouse for the last two years but still couldn’t, as CJ Snare’s poor health wasn’t able to let them tour abroad.
“We are deeply saddened by CJ Snare’s return to Heaven in April 2024. Therefore, as representatives of Color Asia Live and all FireHouse fans, we wish to pay our last tribute to the late CJ Snare by holding a FireHouse concert this year in Indonesia. Before the concert starts, we will invite fans to take a moment of silence to remember the late CJ Snare and his contribution to FireHouse music lovers,” said David Ananda.
David Ananda added, at this concert, FireHouse fans will certainly get a more spectacular show than their previous concerts, because Color Asia Live wants to show its commitment to provide interesting shows and always supporting and playing an active role in the development of the creative economy industry in Indonesia.
“And we will guarantee a spectacular musical performance from the band FireHouse for all rock music lovers in Indonesia. Bill Laverty and the original FireHouse band members, along with their new vocalist, Nate Peck, can’t wait to rock music lovers in Indonesia,” said David Ananda.
As we all know, FireHouse has been rockin’ for over three decades. Their music has taken them all over the world and has produced gold, platinum, and multi-platinum records in the United States and abroad. Their career began in 1990 with the release of their self- titled debut album FireHouse on Epic Records.
The band’s first single release to metal radio, Shake & Tumble, enjoyed impressive success, selling over 100,000 copies instantaneously. The band then released Don’t Treat Me Bad, which became their first Top Ten hit. This was followed by Love of a Lifetime, which also entered the Top Ten, reaching the #3 spot on the United States charts and was awarded Bridal Magazine’s “Wedding Song of the Year”.

To date, FireHouse has released 9 albums, selling over 7 million records worldwide. They have been a part of countless compilations like Monster Ballads, which sold over a million copies in the US. They have shared the stage with some of the biggest names in music, and several FireHouse songs have been featured in TV shows and movies. In 2008, Don’t Walk Away was featured in the movie The Wrestler, and in 2022, Don’t Treat Me Bad was featured in the HBO hit series Peacemaker.
After CJ Snare’s untimely passing, Nate Peck was announced as the band’s new lead singer in May 2024. With CJ’s blessing, he had been filling in since October 2023 while CJ was recovering from surgery. Nate is a vocal phenom who captured America’s attention after receiving his “Golden Ticket” on American Idol in March 2023.
