Elon Musk was scheduled to be physically present at a series of G20 summits, including the B20 Summit. However, due to busy schedule, Musk canceled his visit to Indonesia and chose to participate online.
“My workload has been on the rise lately,” Musk said.
The owner of several companies – Tesla, SpaceX and Twitter – is reportedly interested in investing in Indonesia. This was conveyed by the Coordinating Maritime and Investment Minister Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan who met Musk at Tesla Gigafactory in Austin, Texas, last April.
From that meeting, Luhut said that Indonesia already has a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with Tesla regarding the development of investment plans.

However, up to now this plan has not been realized, even though Luhut had expressed his interest to invest in the world’s largest nickel producing country. (rr)
