Each level of DAP employee will have a learning curriculum to meet their respective positions’ required skills and knowledge. The Sales Promotion Team will receive Salesmanship and Excellence Service Training, while the executive level will be assisted in developing their Leadership and People Management Training skills. 

Training and development sessions will be conducted through several methods, including seminars, games, group discussions, problem analysis, and other means of learning. The training sessions will require participants and trainers to participate in discussions and other learning activities actively. Four to five training sessions will be conducted within a month, with 2-3 days of training in each session.

As a development center, the DAP Learning Center will also build a system to map out and facilitate the training needed. 

“We expect the DAP Learning Center will foster DAP to be the market leader in the bedding industry, with its excellent service for customers provided by our employees. We sincerely hope DAP employees will show enthusiasm and motivation to learn and develop their skills,” concluded Jeffrey Pratama, DAP’s Head of Human Capital Management.
