Even though it has been banned many times, including dispersal by the security personnel, the place is still thronged by people of all ages, especially young adults.

Apart from being a gathering place, the place has turned into a prestigious fashion contest favored by the teenagers.
Despite being labeled as a marginalized society by most netizens, these young “fashion models” managed to attract attention because they have turned into a kind of symbol of rebellion to expensive clothes and luxurious lifestyle of the upper class.
