For example, JKN participants have to pay a fee of IDR 40,000 to go to a pharmacy where they can get their medicine, which means round trip to IDR 80,000, while the JKN class 3 dues are only IDR 42,000 with a payment scheme of IDR 35,000 to be paid by JKN participants and IDR 7,000 to be borne by the government.
