“After being evacuated to the hospital and based on the results of a doctor’s examination, our pilot was pronounced dead,” said PT Citilink Indonesia president director Dewa Kadek Rai, in an official statement.

Boy Awalia was buried that same night at Pondok Kelapa TPU, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. A few hours after the emergency, Citilink flew the 171 passengers using a different plane. (un)
