Polri deploys thousands of personnel to beef up security during election results announcement

The General Elections Commission (KPU) is scheduled to announce the results of the 2024 elections in Jakarta today, Wednesday (20/3). To ensure security, the National Police (Polri) has deployed 1,910 personnel to KPU office, said Central Jakarta Police spokesperson Ipda Ruslan, per Tirto, Wed (20/3).
