At a working meeting with the House Committee I on Thursday (22/9), BSSN’s 2023 budget draft was approved. “The House Commission I approved the definitive budget ceiling of Rp624,371,483,000 for 2023,” said Commission I deputy chair Utut Adianto. The budget was Rp70 billion more than last year.
According to BSSN website, Hinsa said the budget is actually only 14 percent of the agency’s strategic plan of Rp4,528,174,619.000.

The former Regional Military Command XVII/Cendrawasih commander said the funds would be allocated for two programs, namely management support (Rp470,146,873,000) and cyber, password security and resilience (Rp217,224,610,000).
BSSN has yet to respond to the incident. (rr)
