IO, Bandung – Belviu Hotel is located in Jl. Setia Budi No. 35, Bandung. It is a 4-star hotel that reveals the unique beauty of “Paris van Java”. On 10 January, for Plant A Million Trees Day, the Hotel hosted a joint neighborhood cleaning and tree planting ceremony with local residents.

The event was held in the morning, coordinated principally by Mr. Yaya, the Head of Neighborhood Association 02 of Sukajadi District, Bandung, and the local Family Empowerment and Welfare (Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga – “PKK”) ladies. Once the neighborhood was tidied up, Belviu Hotel staff planted 20 seedlings simultaneously. “We live in a big city. Naturally, it is highly polluted. We hope that by planting these trees, we can help reduce existing air pollution while maintaining good relations with the locals,” said Hotel General Manager Astrid Tuwahatu.

When the joint cleaning and planting was completed, the Hotel staff had breakfast together with the citizens, courtesy of the Hotel kitchens.
