While the songs used in the angklung performance are folk songs such as “Manuk Dadali” from West Java and “Ayam Den Lapeh” from West Sumatra, in addition to a number of popular songs such as Maroon 5’s “Sugar” and Humood Alkhudher’s “Kun Anta.”
BSF is an annual cultural and tourism promotion event held by the Kingdom of Bahrain every summer in July or August. The event was held for the first time in 2008, and this year is its 14th edition.

The Indonesian Embassy in Manama is one of the representatives of foreign countries who regularly participates in the festival since 2014. With this performance, Ardi hopes that more foreign countries will know Indonesia.
“The show from Indonesia is one of the agendas that is always eagerly awaited and gets a positive response at the Bahrain Summer Festival,” he concluded. (un)
