Jakarta, IO – House Commission I member Effendi Simbolon said he has received many threats on his phone after making offensive remark about the army.
“Threats to my life, my family, and more,” said Effendi, as reported by CNN Indonesia, Thursday (16/9).
“My home address has been spread on the social media and my cell phone rang all day.”
Effendi claimed he has found out who made the threat. However, he will not take legal action. The PDIP politician regretted the various forms of intimidation against him. According to him, it is inappropriate in today’s world.
