Sandiaga also said that Taiwan’s Eva Air has made the inaugural Taipei-Denpasar flight using A330-300 that carried 212 passengers on Sunday (3/10).
“This is part of the increasing number of airlines serving flights to Indonesia, especially to Bali. This is a reactivation of the original route, with three flights a week, on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday and in November it will be a daily flight,” said Sandiaga.
Separately, Bali’s I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport general manager Handy Heryudhitiawan explained that Eva Air had operated before the Covid-19 pandemic, to be precise in 2019. However, the operation was halted due to the pandemic.
