Jakarta, IO – Two teenage students – identified as AD (17) and MF (14) – kidnapped and killed an 11-year-old MFS in Makassar. They intended to sell the victim’s organs on the internet at high prices. However, since they found no buyer, they disposed of the victim’s body.
According to the police, the perpetrators and the victim knew each other. They lured MFS with the promise to pay him Rp50,000 to help clean an empty house. After he came to the house, they told him to wait while watching videos on one of the perpetrators’ laptop. AD then sneaked from behind and strangled MFS and fatally smashed his head to the floor, reported Detik, Wednesday (11/1).
Panakkukang Police chief Ahmad Halim said that the perpetrators admitted that they t he was tempted by the selling price of selling human organs to get money.”

The two victims admitted to the police that they were tempted by the high price of human organs traded on the internet. After killing the victim, they communicated with potential buyers via email. However, as they didn’t get any reply, they tied the victim’s feet and put his body in a plastic bag. They then dumped the body under a bridge near Nipa-Nipa reservoir, Moncongloe district, Maros regency, South Sulawesi. (bp)
